Matrix Employee Screening Services business is to provide administrative and management services in support of  employee and applicant drug & alcohol testing and background verification programs and to work with new customers to implement employee screening programs that are in compliance with all state and federal statutes.

Matrix Hospitality & Retail Services provides professional Bar Spotting, Mystery Shopping and Mystery Dining services to hospitality and retail clients throughout our South Florida marketplace. Our job is quite simply to get answers to the questions that keep restaurateurs, bar owners and retailers up at night and to find out, from a customer perspective, what's going on in their place of business.
